Matters (the information on this page).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A religious court (such as: Rabbinic, Shari&#8217;i and Druze), provided that all parties to the procedure agree on the submission of the request and the conduct of the procedure before the court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Target population and prerequisites<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A manual request for an inheritance order can be submitted if all the following conditions are met:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deceased did not make a will.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant is one of the legal heirs of the deceased or an heir of the heir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant is not represented by a lawyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>pay attention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>If the deceased made a will, an application must be submitted for a probate order so that the will becomes effective and the estate (inheritance) can be divided among the winners (heirs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the will did not include all the property, in addition to the request for a will order, you can also submit a request for an inheritance order (the information on this page) so that the property that does not appear in the will can be divided among the legal heirs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who and how to apply<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>First, the payment of the fees for submitting the application must be arranged (details below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complete application together with all the required documents must be submitted in 2 copies, in one of the following ways:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the reception desks at the offices of the registrar for inheritance affairs that are close to the deceased&#8217;s place of residence by prior appointment only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery by registered mail to the offices of the registrar for inheritance matters that are close to the place of residence of the deceased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By email (one copy only) to the service and information center of the registrar for inheritance matters at Moked-Yerushot@justice.gov.il.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>pay attention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>An unrepresented applicant can submit the application manually (the information on this page) or online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A representative is required to submit the application online only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If one (or more) of the heirs is a brother, nephew, the order online will pay a reduced fee for opening the request (461 NIS instead of 542 NIS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the deceased died as a result of their military service, during reserve service or in hostilities, their first degree family members are entitled to an exemption from the payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The payment can be made in any of the following ways:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online &#8211; through the government payment service (mark the appropriate fees in the list that opens).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the postal bank &#8211; through vouchers that can be obtained after contacting the service and information center of the registrar for inheritance matters by email at Moked-Yerushot@justice.gov.il.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At automatic payment stations &#8211; using a credit card at the Registrar of Inheritance Matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in all the sections required in the application form and attach the following documents:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The death certificate of the deceased (testator) or a request for proof of his death.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there are several heirs &#8211; confirmation of the delivery of a message sent by registered mail to all the heirs about the submission of the application to receive the order or confirmation that the person making the request sent a personal message to all the heirs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation of payment of fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the applicant is represented by a lawyer &#8211; power of attorney.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there are heirs who give up their share in the estate (inheritance) &#8211; a withdrawal\/waiver affidavit signed and verified by a lawyer must be attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>pay attention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>An application for an inheritance order for the property of a Holocaust survivor must be submitted to the Registrar of Inheritance Matters in the Tel Aviv District using a dedicated application form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The steps of the procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>After receiving confirmation of the validity of the application, the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs will publish in the records (official publications of the State of Israel) and in the press, a notice of the submission of the application to allow those who are interested to file an objection to the issuance of the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the same time as the announcement is published, the request is transferred to the authorized party at the offices of the registrar for inheritance matters or at the offices of the general guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If details are missing in the application or additional clarifications are needed, you will send the applicant a request to complete the details by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can complete the details and follow the processing of the request through the Online Inheritance Registrar system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After completing the processing of the request and after the deadline for filing an objection has passed, the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs will issue the
